“You Were Built for This.”
Have you ever had a moment where you paused, looked at your life, the calling, the weight, the responsibility, and thought, “God… are You sure about me?”
I have.
And lately, God has been answering back in a way that shakes every ounce of fear and doubt in me.
“Stay Aligned. Stay Surrendered. Stay Available.”
That’s what I’ve been sensing in my spirit in this season.
There’s a divine weight attached to every calling, especially when it’s meant to impact others. The temptation is there to rush, perform, compare, or even shrink. But God is NOT calling us to keep up with the world, He’s calling us to walk closely with Him.
He’s saying:
“You’re not here to impress. You’re here to impact. And that impact flows from intimacy with Me.”
He’s teaching me to embrace pace. To honour the quiet seasons. To trust that even when it seems like nothing is happening outwardly, He’s doing deep work within.
Because it’s in those hidden places where mantles are prepared. Not for applause. But for assignment.
“Stop Second-Guessing Yourself.”
These are the very words God spoke to a dear sister in Christ, and I believe they echo across the hearts of many of us who have ever doubted our ability to carry what God has placed on us.
She shared these words so powerfully:
“I have given you power to handle the mantle I’ve placed on your life. The mantle to impact this generation. It may feel heavy, but I’ve placed in you great strength and ability. So stop second-guessing yourself.”
And I feel that deeply.
It’s easy to believe that calling should feel light, or that anointed people never wrestle with inadequacy. But the truth is: weight is confirmation. And grace is what makes it bearable.
You don’t need to feel “enough.” You need to remember Who called you.
Built for the Weight. Chosen for the Work.
God doesn’t make mistakes. If He gave you the mantle, He also gave you the muscles.
The capacity.
The anointing.
The endurance.
And when it gets heavy? That’s not your sign to quit.
That’s your invitation to deepen your dependence.
He’s not asking for perfection. He’s asking for availability.
“Don’t settle for inspiration when I’ve called you to transformation.”
Let those words marinate. God doesn’t just want you to feel stirred, He wants you to walk changed. Transformed. Empowered. Bold.
A Word for the One Who’s Wrestling
If you’ve been wondering if you’re really capable…
If you’ve questioned whether God could really use you…
If you’ve been shrinking, second-guessing, hesitating…
Here’s the truth:
You were built for this.
You’re not under qualified, you’re chosen.
You’re not too late, you’re right on time.
You’re not too much, you’re just enough in His hands.
So rise.
Speak.
Write.
Build.
Lead.
Impact.
Stop second-guessing. Start trusting. God already knows the outcome — He’s just asking for your yes.
Write this in your journal:
“Lord, help me to stop second-guessing myself. Remind me daily that I was built for this calling. I trust You, even when I feel the weight. Use me for Your glory.”
